Terms of Service | CenturOps Systems

1. Agreement to Terms

By purchasing, deploying, or utilizing digital operating systems, templates, or bespoke engineering services provided by CenturOps Systems ("CenturOps"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not deploy our systems.

2. Commercial License & Usage Rights

Upon purchase of any CenturOps system or blueprint:

Authorized Use: You are granted a perpetual, non-exclusive, worldwide commercial license to use, customize, and operate the systems within your own business, agency, or consultancy.
Restrictions: You may NOT resell, redistribute, sub-license, publicly share, or commercially repackage the raw Notion templates, SOPs, or n8n workflow JSON blueprints as standalone digital products.

3. 14-Day "Proof of Leverage" Money-Back Guarantee

We stand firmly behind the architectural quality of our systems. If within 14 days of purchase you find that the CenturOps system has not reduced your manual operational workload by at least 10 hours, you may request a 100% full refund by emailing admin@centurops.co. We issue unconditional refunds upon request within the 14-day window.

4. CenturOps Managed Cloud SLA

For clients enrolled in CenturOps Managed Cloud, we commit to a 99.8% monthly uptime for webhook routing engines and background automation execution. Maintenance windows are scheduled during low-traffic UTC periods and communicated in advance.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

While our systems are engineered for maximum reliability, CenturOps is not liable for indirect damages, third-party API outages (such as Notion, OpenAI, or Stripe downtime), or loss of business profits resulting from third-party service disruptions.
