CenturOps ("we", "our", or "us") provides autonomous operational architectures, cloud-hosted automation pipelines, and enterprise templates for solo founders and micro-agencies. We adhere to the strict principle of **Data Sovereignty**: your business data, client databases, and proprietary workflows belong exclusively to you.

2. Information We Collect

• Account & Transaction Data: Name, business email, and payment confirmation details processed via Stripe. We do not store raw credit card numbers.
• Integration Credentials: When utilizing CenturOps Managed Cloud, you provide encrypted API tokens (e.g. Notion integration tokens, Stripe read-only webhooks) required to execute background automation pipelines on your behalf.
• System Telemetry: Anonymized execution metrics (latency, error logs, webhook delivery rates) used solely to maintain pipeline uptime.

3. AI Model Data Policy (Zero Model Training)

We strictly utilize enterprise-tier AI APIs (Anthropic Claude, OpenAI Enterprise, Google Gemini) governed by zero-data-retention and commercial non-training terms. Your business data, customer records, and proprietary prompts are NEVER used to train, fine-tune, or improve any public or private artificial intelligence models.

4. Data Storage & Security Protocols

All credentials within CenturOps Managed Cloud are encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption and transmitted strictly over TLS 1.3. Server infrastructure is isolated within enterprise-grade European and Asian datacenters protected by Cloudflare WAF.

5. Data Deletion & Rights

You may request complete and permanent deletion of your account, API tokens, and webhook logs at any time by contacting admin@centurops.co. We process complete data expungement within 48 hours.
